Return and Refund Policy

At Caps Plus™, we take great care in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Customer satisfaction is important to us; however, to maintain product integrity and hygiene standards, we have a strict return and refund policy outlined below:


          1. Eligibility For Returns

  • Returns will be accepted only if the product is damaged upon delivery.
  • “Damaged” refers to any physical harm to the product that compromises product usability or safety. 
  • Returns due to customer change of mind, incorrect ordering, or other reasons will not be accepted.


           2. Condition Of Returns

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage caused post-delivery by the customer will be ineligible for return.


          3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within 3 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • Please provide your order details and photographic evidence of the damage.
  • Our team will review the claim and guide you on the return shipping procedure.


          4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, and the damage is verified, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase.
  • If the claim is found invalid, the product and refund will not be initiated.
